(In response to Beth: we cannot claim this sunflower as our own, but I did take the shot. Ricker Hill Orchards had this huge patch of them, and instead of letting my students take one, I took pictures for them. Turns out I took one that would have earned me a fine grade in Photography with Mr. C!)

Is that a picture of your own sunflower--well it was enough to brighten the day all by itself, but a giveaway---well, that just makes it brighter.
Highlights are multiple for me. Skyping with Sara and hearing the call to prayer from the mosque down the street from her was moving but the part that couldn't take the smile off my face was seeing Archie so genuinely happy and so OK. Merry Christmas.
My highlight was when it was the sanity at dinner time. It was really nice.
My highlight is always the family and food. What a wonderful giveaway idea, maybe you can make it a new tradition.
My highlight is spending time with my people (AKA my tribe). There are many variations of this, but they all make me who I am, one person at a time.
