The washing machine died in mid cycle tonight. Soaking wet clothes, full of water, and dead. No idea why.
I am going to cry.
***UPDATE***
The little thingy that lives in the lid that pushes the button on the machine to tell it it's safe to agitate because the lid is down is gone. WB rigged something up to get it through. It was 11 PM when we discovered the problem. At least it's a relatively easy and inexpensive fix.

Maybe it's just a belt? er... I don't know a whole lot about washers. I've only ever owned one, and it wasn't for that long.
Glad it was an easy fix.
Laundry sucks.
If I didn't have to go to the laundromat, maybe I'd be more forgiving of laundry sucking.
Clean clothes rock, though, so what can you do?
Thank you for your comment. Really, though, it's ok. I'm pretty resilient and very quick to accept that it was better off happening now than 10 years down the road. Mostly, I am questioning my own judgement of character and terrified that I will continue to pick the wrong people. But that's something I have to work through. I'll get there.
So, I can't access Weather Boy's page. Does he have it set to private? How do I get access? I still don't know my way around this website very well. And now that my online time is VERY limited (I have to use the library) I have even less time to get online stuff done. Let me know if you know, because I'd love to catch up on his page as well. :)
Take care!
oh, and NO coke since Christmas?? OMG. I never thought I'd see the day. That's insane. Not even Diet Coke?? I used to hate Diet soda's but I too gave up soda and since that was my only other option, I embraced it and now prefer it over the regular stuff. Go figure.
